Harland Custom Homes is a family owned business that started in 1979 as Hardzog Carpet in Elgin, Oklahoma. Harland Custom Homes was founded by Keith & Cindy Landers. They specialize in custom home building and are well known builders in the Elgin area. Some of their past work is displayed in our photo gallery. We are a complete decorating center and can make any inspiration come to life. We build on your land or we can build on a new lot in the area. We also have some homes that are completely designed and built by Cindy Landers and are on the market for sale.
